We keep things simple: Pet Monkey toys and chews with clear prices and plain descriptions, and new products added to the shop over time. Each product page says which pet it is for, what it is made from and how to use it safely.

We pack every parcel ourselves and keep you updated until it arrives. If something isn't right, a real person answers your email or call during support hours.

Royal Mail delivery

Choose Tracked 48 at £3.99 or Tracked 24 at £5.49, both with a tracking number.

Dispatched in 1–2 working days

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day start processing the same day.

30-day returns

Send unused items back within 30 days of delivery. If an item is faulty, we pay the return postage.

Tracked 48 costs £3.99 and Tracked 24 costs £5.49 per order.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch in 1–2 working days. After that, Tracked 48 usually takes 2–3 working days and Tracked 24 usually 1–2 working days.

How do I return something?

Email support@petmonkey.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the return details.

Where do you deliver?

To addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, including the Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
